• Returns or exchanges are possible if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and is in its original packaging.
• Requests for exchange or return are approved within 3 working days.
• Once the return or exchange request is approved, the representative will reach the customer within 3-5 working days.

• Please photograph the product and send it, specifying the city, address, and order number, to have it replaced with another product if the item is damaged, defective, or not functioning as agreed.
• The customer will receive a full refund if the product received is completely different from the product description on our website.
• We are not responsible for any expectations regarding product usage by the customer that we have not mentioned on the product page on our website.
